In the past, we focused on 1-to-1 processing of individual made-to-measure orders. Now we have extended the functionality so that several orders with the same fabric can be combined on one marker.
Modern cutters are capable of cutting even long markers/layplans continuously. From the point of view of handling and, above all, fabric consumption, it makes sense to combine orders that have been ordered with the same fabric into a single cut layplan.
That is why we have extended “pod – Pattern on Demand®” accordingly. This gives you the option of determining which patterns you want to process using this method. Also the topic of inbound values is taken into account via the allocation of fabric roles and their deposited properties.
